quuok Terms & Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and quuok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account on quuok and using any of its services — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, racing markets, and video poker — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

quuok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, quuok will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the responsibility of each player to review these Terms periodically.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation or interpretation of these Terms in any other language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.

1.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with quuok's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and quuok with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind, whether written or oral.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access quuok's betting and gaming services, you must create a registered account. Registration is open to individuals who: (a) are aged 18 years or older; (b) are located in Bangladesh or are a Bangladeshi national; (c) are not currently self-excluded from quuok or any related platform; and (d) are not acting on behalf of another individual or entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a unique password. quuok relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and eligibility. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one quuok account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment method identifiers, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where quuok identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any pending withdrawals from duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your quuok login credentials. quuok will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact quuok support at [email protected] immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

quuok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. quuok may request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. quuok may also request proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash or Nagad number used for deposits is registered to you). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until the verification is completed.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to quuok is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. 18+ This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all aspects of the platform — registration, deposits, betting, gaming, withdrawals, and participation in promotions. quuok takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously and actively monitors for indicators of underage access.

Any player who misrepresents their age during registration commits a breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action in addition to permanent account closure. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source; any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the minimum age requirement, players must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to maintain an active quuok account:

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of quuok or any of its technology, payments, or gaming partners.
• You are not currently self-excluded from quuok or operating under a voluntary exclusion arrangement with any other gambling platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• Your use of the quuok platform is for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial, professional, or resale purpose.

3.3 Right to Verify

quuok reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any player at any time, without providing a reason. Until satisfactory verification is received and approved by quuok's compliance team, the player's account may be restricted to prevent deposits, withdrawals, or continued gameplay. quuok's decisions regarding player eligibility are final.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

quuok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-native payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile banking. quuok also accepts deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank through supported bank transfer channels. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to the player's card issuer's policies regarding online gaming transactions.

All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to an individual other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Where quuok identifies a third-party deposit, the funds will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit at quuok is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the quuok platform. Players who require clarification on applicable limits should contact support at [email protected] before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's quuok wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three Bangladesh Standard Time business hours to credit, depending on the originating bank's processing speed. quuok accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the player's payment provider, mobile network, or banking institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed by quuok's payments team within 24 hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. VIP-tier players are entitled to priority withdrawal processing. quuok reserves the right to perform additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal — including requesting updated KYC documentation — if the withdrawal amount is unusually large or if account activity has triggered quuok's fraud detection systems.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

quuok operates a policy of returning funds to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing transactions. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified owner. Where the original payment method is unavailable, quuok will contact the player to agree an alternative verified withdrawal route.

4.6 Currency

All quuok accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). quuok does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT only. If your payment provider applies a foreign exchange conversion at their end, quuok has no control over the rate applied and accepts no responsibility for any resulting discrepancy.

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the quuok platform are final once confirmed by the system. A bet is considered confirmed when the quuok platform displays a bet reference number to the player. quuok accepts no responsibility for bets that fail to process due to network connectivity issues, device failure, or interruption of the player's mobile internet connection. It is the player's responsibility to verify that any bet has been successfully placed before navigating away from the bet confirmation screen.

Minimum and maximum bet stakes vary by sport, event, and market type. quuok reserves the right to limit the maximum stake available on any individual event or market at any time, including after a bet has been partially placed, in cases where the exposure on that market has reached an internal threshold.

5.2 In-Play Betting

quuok offers live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other selected sports. In-play odds are subject to continuous review and may be suspended at any time during an event — for example, during a wicket, boundary, or video review. quuok accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to a temporary in-play suspension.

5.3 Abandoned, Postponed, and Void Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the result can be determined, quuok's standard settlement rule is to void all bets on that event and return the stake in full to the player's quuok wallet. Exceptions apply where a minimum participation threshold has been met and is specified in quuok's sport-specific betting rules. quuok's settlement decisions in respect of void events are final.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games available on quuok — including live dealer tables, slot titles, and video poker — use certified random number generators or are operated by live dealer studios subject to independent audit. quuok does not influence the outcome of any game. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published by the game provider and is available within the individual game information panel.

5.5 Errors and System Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price or payout being offered, quuok reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes. quuok will take all reasonable steps to identify and correct errors promptly. Where an error results in an overpayment to a player's account, quuok reserves the right to recover the excess amount by deducting it from the player's wallet balance.

5.6 Betting Integrity

quuok is committed to the integrity of all sports and games offered on the platform. quuok cooperates with sports integrity bodies and regulators to identify and investigate suspicious betting patterns. Any player account found to be associated with match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of betting corruption will be permanently closed. All associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

quuok may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the bonus-specific term shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's quuok account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must place ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable). Bets placed on certain low-margin markets or game types may not contribute fully toward meeting the wagering requirement — eligible contributions are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

quuok operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; and using bonus funds to make bets on markets excluded from wagering contribution. Where bonus abuse is identified, quuok reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to permanently close the player's account.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions

quuok offers enhanced promotions during key sporting and cultural periods in Bangladesh — including BPL cricket season, IPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). Details of seasonal promotions are published in the quuok promotions section and distributed to opted-in players via SMS or email notification.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

quuok reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already satisfied the qualifying conditions for that offer at the time of withdrawal. Expired bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be removed from the player's account balance automatically.

7.1 Player Obligations

As a registered quuok player, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree to provide accurate information at all times, to keep your account credentials secure, and to notify quuok immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that is harmful, disruptive, or likely to bring quuok, its employees, or its partner organisations into disrepute.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the quuok platform and constitute serious breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the quuok platform — including pricing errors in sportsbook odds or casino paytables.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated play in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Attempting to launder money or use quuok as a vehicle for any illegal financial transaction.
• Accessing quuok using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing quuok support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the quuok platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where quuok determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, quuok may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the player's account pending investigation; permanently close the player's account; forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings; withhold the player's deposited funds pending a full investigation; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your quuok account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, quuok will process the request within two Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided that all applicable KYC and AML checks have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Involuntary Suspension and Closure

quuok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) quuok has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or betting integrity violations; (d) quuok is required to do so by a relevant law, regulation, or order from a competent authority; or (e) the player has made a chargeback or payment dispute against a quuok transaction.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful are strongly encouraged to use quuok's self-exclusion feature. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted at any time by contacting [email protected]. A self-exclusion will take effect within 24 hours of the request being processed and will remain in place for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be fully suspended — deposits, betting, and gameplay will all be disabled. quuok will make all reasonable efforts to exclude the player from receiving marketing communications during the self-exclusion period.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. quuok will attempt to notify the player via their registered contact details before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected]. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be permanently closed at quuok's discretion.

8.5 Appeals

If your quuok account has been suspended or closed by quuok and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a formal appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Appeal — [your registered mobile number]". quuok will review the appeal and respond within five Bangladesh Standard Time business days. quuok's appeal decisions are final and binding.
